On this page, you’ll find helpful resources related to POLARIK- including user manuals, troubleshooting guides, and more.
In the event of a malfunction, the cause is often not a defect in the unit itself, but rather external factors or improper use – and can usually be resolved quickly with just a few simple steps.
To help you restore full performance as soon as possible, we’ve compiled the most common causes and practical solutions.
POLARIK stands for consistent cooling – day after
day, year after year.

The Monoblock is not cooling sufficiently?
Possible causes include high ambient temperatures
or leaks in the cold room – check whether warm air
may be entering. Insufficient air circulation can also
reduce cooling performance. Ensure proper
ventilation at the installation site and allow enough
space around the unit, especially near the condenser
area. Remove any objects that could obstruct airflow.
A dirty or clogged condenser can also impair
performance – clean it if necessary.

The Monoblock unit switches on and off
automatically?
This is usually caused by a missing target temperature setting. Please check the temperature
settings and enter the desired value.
For instructions, refer to section “9.3 Setting the target temperature” on page 43 of the operating manual.

Ice formation on the
evaporator
If the cold room door is opened too frequently or left
open for too long ice may form on the evaporator. In
such cases, switch off the unit and wait until all the
ice has melted before restarting the system. In
general, make sure the cold room door remains
closed as much as possible to avoid moisture
ingress and icing.
